EGLE State and Federal Wetland for Part 303 and Section 404 of Clean Water Act
Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (MDARD) for Farmland Development Rights Program
U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) for informal consultation on threatened or endangered species
Michigan State Historic Preservation Office (MI SHPO) consultation for cultural resources
